I walked through the portal with Malorn, being led into a large room following a pastel purple and blue color scheme – which was more blue than purple this time – there were two intricately designed pools of water to either side of where the portal was. "If you need any information or if you get stuck, consult the Archivist!"Īnd with that she walked off, too far away for me to ask about anything. Best of luck, you two!" She walked towards the ramp to get back to whatever she was doing before we came, when she stopped and turned to yell something over her shoulder. In the middle of it was a big blue portal, she stood in front of it before turning to us with a bright smile. She walked in the opposite direction, gesturing for us to follow, she led us to a ramp leading up to a platform in the middle of the camp.

"No, I'm saying that I can do things other people can't."Įdith looked at me in intrigue, gesturing to Malorn as she spoke. "Are you saying you know how to get into the Stellarium?" Not to mention the fact that we can't get into the Stellarium anyways." "I mean we can't just burst into the Stellarium without a plan, without knowing what to expect, it's no doubt protected with ancient traps or magic. "I was just telling Malorn here that we've gained access to the District of the Stars, which is where the Stellarium is located." He simply threw his patented smirk my way, to which I rolled my eyes at jokingly, before turning to Edith. "Guess I shouldn't be surprised that you had the same idea I did." "And here she is now." He turned his gaze to me.
I gave him a gentle forehead kiss before teleporting myself to the Celestia Base Camp, where Edith was standing, with her back to me, conversing with someone that I couldn't see from where I was, when I got closer I could see the glimmer of the sky blue eyes that I knew too well, his gaze met mine, I could immediately see them soften, looking at me for a split second before forcing himself to look back at Edith, continuing his conversation with her, I caught the last snippet as I walked into Edith's field of vision. I woke up very early the next morning, relishing in the comfort of being lucky enough to wake up in the arms of the man I love every day, I snuggled into his embrace, feeling content for a moment, before gently extricating myself from his encirclement, as to not rouse him.

It's taken a while to update this story, my life has been kind of hectic as of late! but finally found some time to write and I hope this chapter was well worth the wait! I will try to update regularly from now on.
